Novaya Gazeta Europe is an independent media outlet run by exiled journalists. Based in Riga, Latvia, it was established in April 2022 to continue the legacy of the suppressed Russian independent newspaper Novaya Gazeta, which was founded 30 years ago. It provides uncensored news, investigations and analysis about Russia, Ukraine and Belarus for global and domestic audiences.
